Check your order status

Sign in to your account, then open your order to see its status. If a tracking number has been added, you can use the tracking link on the order status page for carrier updates. You can also use the order status link in your order or shipping confirmation email.

Don’t see a tracking number?

Not every fulfillment has a tracking number. If your order says fulfilled but there’s no tracking link, check your shipping confirmation email for any updates. A fulfilled status alone doesn’t confirm the package’s current location or delivery date.

If you need help locating your order, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and ask us for an update. If you haven’t received a shipping email yet, check your spam folder before reaching out.
